Note: Aggressive use of a pad may dull or remove the Floor Seal from the surface.

The cleaning system must be monitored at the beginning and adjusted to ensure the floor maintains its integrity. Black heal marks from shoes or other marks may not always be removed by the normal cleaning systems. However, these may be removed using white spirit or a sharp solvent.

Domestic floors:

These should be cleaned regularly using a vacuum cleaner, soft broom or a lightly dampened cloth/mop. Protecting and restoring the Floor Seal can be achieved by using polishes. These products must be applied in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. Floors treated on a regular basis using a polish must be sanded back to bare wood prior to the application of a Floor Seal.
