Preventative Maintenance

A good quality matting system can often be an important factor in the long-term performance of a floor and Floor Seal. A matting system should allow grit, dirt and moisture to be removed. The matting system should cover as larger area as possible, ideally at least two steps deep as a minimum. Replace when worn as part of an ongoing maintenance programme for a floor.

Ongoing Maintenance

Commercial Floors:

Dirt & grit should be removed daily using a vacuum cleaner, scissor mop or other dry cleaning method. A cleaning system using either a scrubber, dryer or a spray buff system is the most suitable method for cleaning large floors or those subject to high traffic.
